Job Title: Mathematics Teacher
Location: East of England, Essex, Colchester
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 - £41,333 Per annum
Job Duties:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for students
Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and examinations
Provide support and guidance to students to help them improve their mathematical skills
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the national curriculum for mathematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience in teaching mathematics to a diverse range of students
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with regular school hours
Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities
Potential for extracurricular activities and parent meetings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
