We have an amazing opportunity for a time served and qualified Bricklayer to work for one of the country's leading training providers as a Bricklaying Tutor. This will involve assessing the learning and skills needs previously disengaged learners with a view to improving their employability skills.

WHETHER YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CONSTRUCTION TUTOR ALREADY OR HAVE SIGNIFICANT BRICKLAYING EXPERIENCE AND WANT TO BECOME A TUTOR, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

LOCATION: THETFORD, NORWICH

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED:

* The ability to teach your trade as a Multi-skilled trades personnel
* Minimum 5 years of trade experience in Brickwork
* A full teaching qualification at Level 4-5 or above or equivalent (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLS) or willingness to work towards
* Experience working with hard-to-reach learners.
* Experience dealing with challenging situations.
* Experienced in offering Advice & Guidance.
* A mentor and role model to others.
