Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate plant machinery and equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines.

Monitor equipment operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

*

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.

*

Maintain accurate records of equipment operations, maintenance activities, and inventory levels.

*

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

*

Collaborate with other team members to optimize plant operations and achieve production targets.

*

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of plant operations.

Skills/Abilities:

*

Proven experience as a plant operator or similar role.

*

Knowledge of plant machinery and equipment operation.

*

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.

*

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

*

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

*

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

*

Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.

Certifications:

*

Valid CSCS Card

*

Certification in Plant Operating

*

Excavator 360 above 10 tonnes - Wheeled

*

Excavator 360 below 10 tonnes - Wheeled
