Search are working exclusively with a successful contractor based in the Northeast who are seeking an additional Contracts Manager due to workload and pipeline.

If you're an experienced Contracts Manager or someone who has been managing multiple construction projects & teams and you meet the other requirements then we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
* Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams to ensure contract compliance.
* Mitigate risks and resolve contractual disputes.
* Oversee the administration of contracts from initiation to completion.
* Manage multiple schemes and site teams, ensuring works are on track for successful completion.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and legal requirements.
* Spot and pursue business development opportunities.
Requirements
* Degree or HND/HNC in Construction Management
* Joiner by trade or significant experience in Roofing
* Proven & demonstrable experience managing multiple site teams at any one time.
* Strong understanding of construction law and contract administration.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
