QA/QC Manager (M&E) - Pharmaceutical Plant - North West
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager (M&E)to join our team for an exciting 18-month contract at a pharmaceutical plant in the North West. This position offers a competitive daily rate and is outside IR35, making it a fantastic opportunity for the right professional.

Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (Outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control processes for the pharmaceutical plant.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
* Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
* Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
* Prepare and present quality reports and documentation.
* Train and mentor team members on QA/QC best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a QA/QC Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
