Elvet Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator based in Stockton.

This is a Part Time role working 32 hours per week.

The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills, using a professional and proactive approach to all aspects of this role.

Experience of Sage 50 Accounts & Sage 50 Payroll processing/administration experience is essential.

Duties

* Sales & Purchase Ledger

* Processing Sales Orders

* Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries

* Company credit card receipts

* Filing and scanning documents

* End to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll

* Time and attendance reporting (wage costings)

* Processing new starters and leavers for payroll purposes

* Processing absences in line with statutory requirements and company policies

* Processing company pension schemes ensuring compliance

* Processing of other payroll deductions

* Finalising payroll including submission, payments, pay slips, P45 and submissions to HMRC
