Are you a home manager with a nursing PIN or a level 5 qualification & experience within a large home?

An exclusive & exciting opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the helm at a large Nursing home located in Stockton on Tees.

This local & supportive care provider is in need of a strong & passionate Home Manager. who has experience managing complex & larger services to continue the fantastic work at the home in maintaining grades & ensuring the best possible level of care for the residents, the elderly, those living with dementia & mental health conditions over the age of 65. The home is highly rated on carehome & is a modern Nursing Home that prides itself on the high standards & welcoming atmosphere it provides.

The successful Nursing Home Manager will be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) or a Home Manager with extensive experience within nursing settings. You will have a proven track record of achieving GOOD CQC grades & be a passionate manager looking for a long term role with a local care provider. As the Nursing Home Manager you will have 24/7 responsibility of the Nursing home, manage staff & the residents care & liaise with the local authority & CQC to ensure standards of care are met & exceeded.

The successful Nursing Home Manager will be:

• RGN/RMN/RNLD with active PIN or Level 5 Leadership & mgmt
• Extensive Nursing Home Management experience
• Proven track record of GOOD CQC grades, preferably in a large Nursing Home
• Excellent communication skills & longevity in your career
• CQC knowledge
