Position Overview: They are seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents, such as share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements.

Conducting due diligence investigations and preparing related reports for clients.

Providing legal advice on corporate governance matters and compliance issues.

Assisting with the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as advising on company law matters.

Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law.

Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.

Demonstrated experience in handling complex corporate transactions from inception to completion.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Sound knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
