My client are seeking a Multiskilled Fire and Security Engineer to join their team.
The engineers, will be responsible for - Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance of Fire alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm Systems.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in the fire and security industry, given the opportunity to work across a diverse range of equipment.
Based from home the successful candidates will be expected to start and finish on site, receiving direction and support from office staff. You will work as part of a team and be required to work alone across all areas of the North-East attending to our wide range of commercial premises, completing the work our customers require in an efficient and quality manner.
Roles and responsibilities
· Install an array of fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control and CCTV systems to specifications, drawings and current industry standards
· Perform commissioning and maintenance across the above systems
· Be able to confidently fault find across these systems
· Complete digital report forms on all jobs
· Liaise with customers in a polite, and professional manner
· Join the teams standby rota
Requirements-
· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
· Full UK Driving License
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience
· CSCS card
· DBS/CRB checks and security screening (will be completed by Intelex)
· Ability to work flexible hours when required

· Uniform/PPE

This is a permeant position with competitive pay based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
