Seguro recruitment are a well-established Healthcare agency in the Merseyside and Cheshire area – we are looking for a business development manager who can develop and expand the business and build a strong sales team
the successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and procuring new customers to meet revenue growth targets. This is a new, challenging and rewarding role and will see the chosen individual grow the business and head up a sales team in the coming months.
Key requirements of this role will include:
* Identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business through research and analysis of the Healthcare industry
* Building and maintaining prospect lists in line with individual targets.
* Researching and identifying new and emerging business opportunities in the market.
* Personalising and developing our service offering to suit the needs of the customer.
* Ownership of new business tenders.
* An ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and clear understanding of needs.
* Meeting potential accounts nationwide.
* To achieve growth and hit independent targets for new business.
* Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business and raise company profile.
Personal Specification:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth and previous experience in healthcare sector is desirable.
* Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Strong negotiation skills and commercially astute.
* Demonstrable experience of working with reporting platforms e.g. Microsoft Excel and case management systems, specifically CRM systems
* Highly motivated, organised, and proactive.
* Ability to make judgement-based decisions and prioritise workload.
* A keen attitude towards learning new and developing skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
* An enthusiastic team player, keen to work closely with our customers and internally with other departments.
* Full driving licence
