Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Housing Compliance Administrator to join a Housing Association based in Liverpool. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
* Cleaning a backlog of housing and enforcement referrals
* Logging repairs and referrals using C365, Salesforce, and Open Housing depending on the action needed
* Logging enforcement requests
* Logging building applications
* Producing documentation relating to enforcement applications
* Transferring daily action reports to internal trackers
* Raising jobs as required with contractors
* Adding manual submissions to the teams channel and add any actions onto the relevant trackers used
* Raising remedial works from Building Safety Inspection Submissions
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience in logistics, housing, or construction
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
Location - 1 day per week in Liverpool, 4 days working from home
