Customer Service Advisor with German

The company:

Main duties:
Deliver the highest level of customer service to international and German speaking clients
The Role:
- In charge of processing all queries received via email and website
- Managing clients’ accounts
- Responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience
- Take ownership of the daily administration duties
- Represent the company brand through pro-active and positive communication
- Undertake other tasks/projects as required
The candidate:
- Excellent level of English with fluency in German (both written and verbally)
- Able to commute to the Liverpool office Monday to Friday
- Experience required from a Customer Services background or similar
- Ability to use Microsoft office
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
