Internal Sales Representative

Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an Internal Sales Representative to support our established business. This is a great opportunity for personal future development and career progression within an ever growing industry
You will be:
• Speaking to business customers in order to sell services via phone, email, or other online channels.
• Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
• Researching for new leads.
• Upselling products and services.
• Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Close sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects
The right person will have
• Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.
• Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience working with a CRM system.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
In return you can expect a salary of £28,000pa plus commision working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
