Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy throughout the North-West of England, who seek a Chartered Architect due to an increase in their workload and secured pipeline of work.
As the Department Lead, you will manage a team of Technicians bringing with you excellent technical experience, proficiency in architectural design and strong communication skill.
Our client has been providing Architectural Services for new build and refurbishment projects across a number of sectors including education, commercial, retail, leisure, residential and health care, for over 17 years.
Across their Architectural Department the services they offer include: -

* Feasibility Studies
* Planning Applications
* Building Regulation Applications
* Detailed Design Specification
* Technical Detailing
* Tendering & Contractor Selection
* Sustainable Design
* Interior Design
* Space Planning
* Landscape Design
* Urban Design
You will report to Board Level and play a pivotal role in developing the department and helping to push the business forward
