The Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students with SEND, helping them access a tailored education and reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Collaborating closely with teachers to adapt materials and teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, addressing their unique requirements.

Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in consultation with the school's SENCO and other professionals.
Monitoring and tracking student progress and delivering feedback to teachers and parents.
