The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will be pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of residential projects, with a primary focus on medium to high-rise student accommodations. These ambitious projects range in value from £100m to £400m.
As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all projects adhere to the predefined quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Serve as the right-hand person to the Project Director, providing crucial support in steering projects towards successful completion.
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with key clients, thereby cementing the consultancy's sterling reputation in the industry.The Senior Construction Project Manager
Proven experience in the residential sector, especially in high-rise and build-to-rent projects.
Chartered status such as MRICS or MCIOB, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
A degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
Demonstrable leadership skills with a history of mentoring and advancing junior staff.
A portfolio that includes managing large-scale, complex construction projects valued over £50m.In Return?
