Ventilation Team Supervisor

Go2 People are working on behalf of their client who is one of the UK’s longest duct cleaning services established providers of risk services to find the right candidate for this role.

In the role of Ventilation Team Supervisor your duties will include:

· Ensuring that all Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts assigned are completed to the required standard and specification

· Controlling the workload of the compliance team

· Ensuring that all general and specialised equipment boxes are maintained in a serviceable Condition

· Ensuring that where equipment is unserviceable due to ‘fair wear and tear’ it is replaced

· To supervise the Compliance Operatives to ensure that the work is carried out according to the required standard/specification, in accordance with training received and skills acquired

· Being responsible for ensuring that their job is completed within the allotted costs

· Training of new operatives and temporary labour

· Being responsible for dealing with urgent problems, to discuss ‘on site’ situations, advise progress, and set daily priorities

To be successful in the role of Ventilation Team Supervisor you will need:

· To be self-motivated

· Previous 5 year's supervisory experience in a ventilation role essential

· Experience within duct cleaning and Legionella risk services

· Good people skills

· Great IT skills

· Excellent administration and organisational skills

This is a full time permanent role, on a salary of £37,000
