Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

Multi Trader Roles and Responsibilities

Perform various trade tasks, including carpentry, plastering, joinery and tiling, to maintain and repair social housing properties.
Assess and report on repair needs within properties, ensuring work is carried out to high standards.
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the housing scheme.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Multi Trader Requirements

Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role, particularly within social housing.
Proficiency in multiple trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within Greater Manchester as required.
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are desirable.
