We are looking to strengthen our existing commercial team as part of our contract in partnership with Manchester City Council.
We are looking for a range a commercial staff at differing stages/levels in their career from assistant QS up to Senior QS. Key points are:
* Office based in Greater Manchester (Postcode OL9)
* Has a main contractor background
* Has social housing experience (decent homes, r&m, voids, compliance, planned works etc)
* Ideally educated to degree level or working towards degree level
Junior QS £(Apply online only) Per day inside IR35
Assistant QS £(Apply online only) per day Inside IR35
QS- £(Apply online only) per day Inside IR35
Senior QS- £(Apply online only) per day Inside IR35
