Are you who our client is looking for?
The ideal candidate will be someone looking to take the step into self employed or is very early on in that journey. This role is perfect for someone with a small/ growing back book that would like an additional lead source as a top up, and a supportive business that will help to take your business to the next level. 
 
· Ce Map Qualified (or industry equivalent)
· Experience Mortgage Advisor – 18 months +
· Proven track record of mortgage sales
· Reliable & trustworthy
· Ability to work autonomously
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
 
What does this role specifically involve?
As a Mortgage Advisor you will be responsible for guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist
you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.
