Secondary Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Trainee Teacher
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary: £30000 - £41333 per year
Start Date: September 2024

Look no further- We are seeking to appoint Secondary ECT/ Trainee Teachers at an outstanding Secondary School in Oldham, Greater Manchester. Come and join our dedicated and enthusiastic team in September 2024 on a permanent, full-time contract.
As a Secondary Trainee Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education to our students, day-to-day teaching and learning provision for KS3/ KS4 children in their class. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders in the school to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.

As a Trainee Teacher, you will be expected to:
Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of secondary students, ensuring both academic progress and personal development
Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, homework assignments, and tests
Be passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the curriculum
Previous experience is desired but not essential
Requirements:
A teaching qualification, QTS/PGCE
Currently enrolled in a Primary Teacher Training program or recently qualified
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
