Job Description

We are currently seeking a MHE Administrator to join our Fleet Department team at our Warrington site.  As a MHE Administrator you will ensure CAM (MHE) Admin and compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday Days (08:00 - 17:00)

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum

Job responsibilities of a MHE Administrator include:

Logging defects with suppliers
Uploading repair details and closing down jobs on inhouse system.
Chasing suppliers for job updates
Compliance – Service & LOLER booking/monitoring
MHE hire – monitoring/amending in house system and MHE register as necessary
Weekly ODO inputting
Ordering parts
Help to manage mailbox.
Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the CAM Intranet system.
Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information
Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
Update and maintain MyFleet as necessary.
Shadowing members of the MHE Team, to learn and develop your existing skills.
Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
Any other admin duties, in line with the pay grade. as deemed. 

Qualifications

As a MHE Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

Microsoft Office suite knowledge – Excel & Outlook
Administration experience
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
Fleet Administration experience
MHE Knowledge
