Financial Director

We are looking for a Financial Director for an international construction company, with projects mainly located in Africa, South America and the Caribbean.

This is a full time role, managing all aspects of finance across the business. Based in their Belfast office, with flexible working available.

Key responsibilities:
* Lead of establishment of best corporate structure and accounting arrangement
internationally including establishment of business in new territories in Africa,
South America and The Caribbean.
* Establish quality Finance teams in International locations such that Company
Policies and Procedures are implemented consistently at a local level.
* Establish Banking and Bonding and Insurance arrangements Globally as
required.
* Lead the Logistics team to ensure all logistical matters are in place for all
territories the Company Operates, including Visas, travel policies, housing and
accommodation, vehicles, local insurances.
* Lead on all Audits to ensure timely and robust annual Accounts
* Ensure all Business comply with Corporate filing and Tax requirements.
* Ensure Company policies and Procedures as defined in the Finance IMS are
implemented, Audited and Complied with in all location the Company Operates.
* Managed the Company IT Policy and Procedures, including the IT support
arrangements.
* Manage the Payroll function.
* Interface with the Board and corporate and compliance reporting requirements.
* Establish Multiple lines of Credit for overdrafts, equipment Financing and other
credit lines.
* Lead the day to day finance team to ensure routines are being followed and
report produced accurately and in a timely manner
