Application Support

Job type: Contract

Main Purpose:
Reporting to the IT Applications Support Manager, the IT Support and Operations Analyst will assist in the technical and application support of a broad portfolio of Line of Business (LOB) and corporate applications. This role involves ensuring that IT services and infrastructure meet operational goals, following ITIL practices diligently, and driving continuous improvement.

IT Application Support & Operations:

Establish and maintain procedures, standards, and policies for IT Support and Operations services.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to IT Support & Operations policy and procedures.
Identify opportunities and efficiencies resulting from new IT developments within a strategic framework.
Engage in stakeholder communication and participate in relevant conferences and seminars.

Key Duties:
Application Support & Operations:

Assist in supporting, operating, and maintaining Corporate and LOB application infrastructure.
Resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and complete scheduled IT Operations tasks.
Collaborate with Corporate and LOB system suppliers and external partners.
Provide Application Support & Operations services for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to application configuration, testing, training, and knowledge development.
Support the acceptance of new systems, system transfers, extensions, upgrades, and new operations functions.
