Experience operating at a similar level with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and steam equipment within a manufacturing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers.
Organised and methodical with the ability to effectively plan and communicate to multiple departments within an organisation. Engineering Manager – Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the site’s engineering team
Responsible for setting the direction and priorities,
Responsible for maintaining the site processing equipment & facilities with a focus on planned preventative maintenance.
Review the PM works and scheduling as appropriate to contribute to production output.
Be commercially aware of the costs of downtime and strive to operate best in class standards.
Be involved with installation of new equipment and machinery.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. About Us
