What will you deliver?
As the Contract Team Leader, your role will be pivotal in providing crucial contractual support to our mobile and site-based teams, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of back-office systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising an administrative team, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures regarding absence, lateness, adherence, personal development, and objective setting.
Managing the resources of the Support Team to ensure sufficient coverage throughout the day.
Demonstrating a clear and focused approach to maintaining customer service standards and fostering positive customer relationships.
Ensuring that each team member contributes equally, and conducting regular workload reviews using monthly generated reports.
Prioritising financial management to maximise profitability from both reactive and scheduled extra works.
Taking reasonable care for your own health and safety, as well as that of others, and cooperating with the employer to fulfil statutory duties.
Responding promptly to customer billing issues and employing a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Resolving issues at the initial level and escalating to the Account Manager when necessary.
Monitoring and reviewing the completion of the Compliance Document Tracker, identifying and addressing issues and omissions in collaboration with Contract Managers and the Account Manager.
Monitoring and reviewing the contract monthly reports, escalating findings to Contract Managers, the Account Manager, or the Regional Manager as required.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
Experience in a leadership role, including performance evaluation, absence management, and coaching and development
Ability to take ownership of work and make independent decisions
Strong financial management skills to maximise profitability
Aptitude for resolving issues at the initial level and escalating when necessary
Experience in monitoring and reviewing monthly contract reports, with the ability to escalate findings
Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in facilities management or property management would be advantageous.
