Glasgow Office (G2 4HU) plus some site visits
Up to £35,000 per annum plus 25 days holidays, pension, discount benefits.
40 hours per week (8am to 5pm), One day working from home.

About the Role:
Keltbray’s Decommissioning team in the Glasgow office are keen to take on an Administrator with strong commercial acumen. The individual will be supporting the Quantity Surveyors on existing and new projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* General Housekeeping & Admin Support for Department
* Diary and calendar management
* Coordinating and scheduling of meetings on site
* Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
* Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
* Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
* Create purchase orders for external hire
* Invoice and collate back-ups for projects
* Kronos & COINS system input.
* Update the site summary spreadsheet
* Support QS with related admin tasks.
* Document control, including timesheets.
* Processing pre-approved payments.
* Creating, analysing and distributing reports.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
* Ideally have some administrative and industry experience
* Able to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks
* Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
* Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
* Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
* Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
* Friendly, polite and approachable with a "can do" attitude
