I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join my client's dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing interactions across multiple digital channels and ensuring a seamless, personalized customer experience. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.

The Package:

£25,000 per annum.

Providing excellent customer service and support in line with their individual needs and the business standards.
Able to work across various platforms, email, chat and telephony in a seamlessly.
Anticipate / identify any issues or potential problems on digital platforms and provide support to resolve these.
Demonstrate empathy and compassion during difficult or sensitive situations.
Focused on compliance to FCA requirements.
Achieve and maintain individual targets, in relation to productivity and quality.Key Skills / Experience:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar role.
Strong proficiency in managing customer interactions across multiple digital channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Experience in a digital-first customer service environment
