Overview:

Working for a national, market leading, training provider you will provide customer service and administrative support to clients, students and colleagues.

A typical week:

* Respond to client & student queries

* Maintain student & client records

* Liaise with internal & external stakeholders

* Sign up new apprentices & employers

You'll need the following for this role:

* Administration or office based customer service experience

* Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)

* Ability to work at pace & towards deadlines

* Excellent attention to detail

* Education, accountancy or related sector experience (advantageous)
