Fabric Engineer – Salary up to £40,000 per annum
Trevett Services are working with a global and reputable Building Services and FM Company who are looking to bring on an experienced Fabric Engineer to work on this static site in the Farnborough region.
This is a full time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join an established FM provider with great career prospects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Fabric Engineer:
* Carry out PPM’s and Reactive Maintenance duties across the site
* General Painting and Decorating Duties
* General Carpentry works- Hanging doors, skirting, door locks ect.
* Basic Plumbing tasks- Tap changes, WC pans, Basins ect.
* Flooring Repairs, Tiling and Patch Plastering
Qualifications & Experience required:
* Background in property maintenance.
* Qualified in relevant trades (Carpentry, plastering, decorating or equivalent)
* Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades.
* An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
For this full time, permanent role you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 per annum with great additional opportunities
