About this role
One Park Financial is looking for a bad ass PPC Manager to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) and digital acquisition activities.
The PPC Manager will assume the core responsibilities of all paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful PPC Manager will manage the paid search budget and work with the Executives, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the most efficient allocation of spend. This role will focus on both the data-to-day campaign management and the long-term strategic planning and forecasting. As the channel expert, you will be the go-to person for all things paid search.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
Manage budgets in all digital marketing campaigns to acquire new leads across the family of One Park Financial products.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Analyze performance data and provide relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition and more.
Track, report and analyze website analytics of the pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and other campaigns.
Run best-in-class optimization and revitalization strategies inclusive of bidding, copy, and landing page implementation (CRO) for all marketing campaigns.
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Research and analyze competitor advertising approaches to market and propose counterstrategies.
Own (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) reporting and monitoring channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs to achieve ROI targets.
Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, identifying key areas of importance.
Requirements
Bilingual – Spanish and English.
At least 2+ years of proven SEM experience with success managing monthly six-figure PPC campaigns budgets across advertising platforms: Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online customer acquisition.
A Passion for Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, bidding platforms and changes as they roll out.
A strong grasp of search and metrics driven (full-funnel performance) marketing.
Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic atmosphere.
The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for executives.
Experience with reporting tools (e.g, Google Data Studio, PowerBi, Tableau).
Extremely knowledgeable with website analytics, tracking, and attribution tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Bizible, Tag Manager, Omniture, WebTrends).
A deeply in-grained culture of CRO (not just A/B testing).
In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
Experience with the Salesforce suite of tools (e.g., SFDC CRM, Pardot, etc).
