CONTRACT ROLE - OUTSIDE IR35!
This Commissioning Consultancy are looking for a Commissioning Manager to join them on a commercial extension project in East London on a contract basis.
THE COMPANY
- A small, close-knit commissioning consultancy founded in 2010
- They are working on a range of projects including data centres, hospitals, healthcare projects and commercial refurbishments.
- Directors who are keen to offer learning and development opportunities, with the potential for longer-term work.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMISSIONING MANAGER
The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for :
Commissionability Studies • Program Input • Commissioning Presentations • RAMS Review • Commissioning Trackers • Sub-contractor organisation • Look-Aheads Sub-contractor liaising and integration • Independent System Validation • Documentation Collation & Review • Client Representation • C&E / IST Management • Commissioning Meetings • Technical support
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND OF THE COMMISSIONING MANAGER
- The Commissioning Manager will be mechanically biased
- The Commissioning Manager does not need years of experience in Commissioning Management, but must have some demonstrable experience of managing the Commissioning process and an eagerness to learn more.
- The Commissioning Manager will need to have some experience of hands on commissioning in air and water
- The Commissioning Manager will need strong paperwork skills.
