Year 4 Primary Teacher

Protocol Education are currently working with a forward thinking Primary School in Hackney who are looking for a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join them in September 2024.

We are looking to appoint a creative Teacher who enjoys bringing learning to life and making the most of every lesson.

The school are looking for a teacher with experience of raising attainment and creating a positive learning enviroment.

This is a full-time classroom teacher role with marking and planning responsibilities.

The school are happy to pay to scale from day 1 for this role.

Interviews and trials are taking place ASAP.

Salary:

£188 - £240 Per day

Job Duties:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 students
Assess and monitor student progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary school setting
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Strong classroom management abilities
Passion for education and supporting student growth

Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar with term-time hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
