Role Overview: As a Residential Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our luxury residential properties. You'll be responsible for conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks, addressing electrical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting routine maintenance checks and inspections of electrical systems and equipment

* Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently

* Performing electrical repairs and installations as needed

* Liaising with residents to understand their maintenance needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

* Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to maintain the overall integrity of the property

Requirements:

* Experience as a Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias

* Ideally experienced in high-end residential maintenance

* Client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary and Benefits:

* Basic Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
