About the Role
As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and monitoring energy systems across our client's Energy Company sites in East London. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, supervising subcontractors and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems within commercial and domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake prescribed maintenance and monitoring tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
* Supervise subcontractors, including site inductions and works supervision.
* Identify and diagnose faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and other maintenance works.
* Monitor plant performance and record data using supplied platforms.
* Comply with health & safety policies and procedures, reporting hazards promptly.

Technical Requirements
* Full-time apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical Building Services HVAC discipline, with City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
* Previous experience with District Energy systems desirable.
* Computer literate with familiarity with relevant platforms.
* Ability to process and understand technical data and relay information logically.
