Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Solicitor specialising in Public Rughts of Way. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer fully remote working

The job:

To provide legal advice and have conduct of a caseload of Public Rights of Way matters to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate
To include reviewing documentation, drafting of statement of reasons, interviewing users and preparing witness statements and comments on objections
Liaising with Paralegals and Senior lawyers as required
Such other duties and responsibilities of a similar grade and nature as required.

The candidate:

Experience of working in a local government legal environment using up to date and authoritative knowledge to support delivery of services
Experience of working to deadlines and managing own caseload
Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales
