Job description
I am working with a growing business who operate a specialist digital communication and marketing platform and data solutions for the electrical manufacturing industry.
The Sales Manager role will have a key role in taking the business to the next level. The position has a wide scope and will involve pitching solutions to existing and new clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Grow revenues by reaching out to new customers through cold calling and using existing contacts
* Manage key accounts – ensuring all stakeholders are happy with the offering, growing the spend of the accounts, and identifying new opportunities
* As a "solution seller" you are able to present, promote and sell solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Working alongside the Managing Director and UK Sales Lead to create an annual sales plan and taking ownership for delivery of the plan
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce and manage solutions sold, liaising with colleagues to ensure effective delivery
* Representing the business at key events when required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Worked for at least 4 years in companies in the field of Digital Marketing, electrical manufacturing, media sales or electrical industry
* Experience in sales and solution selling (Hunter/Farmer hybrid)
* Proven ability to win and grow key accounts
* Strong relationship management skills and consultative in approach
* Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, channels and networks
* Strong communication skills and IT fluency
* Solution and value selling experience
* Experience of selling Loyalty Programmes (an advantage)
Salary will comprise of 40-45k base plus up to 30% bonus depending on performance against targets.
The company offers a hybrid model of working with 2/3 days in the office in London each week
