With a keen eye for detail accompanied with previous distribution experience in essential. Through-out this Warehouse Operative role you will be required to pick, pack, support the goods in/goods out function and complete stock takes to ensure smooth running of our clients programs.
This role is a fixed late shift working 13:00pm – 21:00pm Monday – Friday. On a 37 hour working week.
Pre 12 weeks pay: £14.36 and Post 12 weeks offers an increase of: £16.51
This Warehouse Operative role will hold the below responsibilities:
Picking of orders to be distributed to our clients dealerships across the UK
Packing of customer orders
Processing customer orders through the CRM ready for dispatch
Managing and working on the dispatch process completing order tickets ready for distribution
Booking out products via scanners
Liaising with haulers to ensure correct loads and timings
Working as a unit to ensure smooth running of dispatch process
Monitoring of stock levels and reporting to team leaders
Working in partnership with Pre-pack, goods in and customers services to ensure a smooth running operation
This Warehouse Operative role requires the below skillsets and mindset:
Previous warehouse exposure is essential
Previous exposure working as part of a dispatch team is advantageous
Working competently with both computers and hand-held scanners
Counter-balance license would be advantageous however not essential
Previous exposure within the automotive industry would be advantageous
