Ethan James Group are working exclusively on behalf of a South based Construction Contractor to recruit an Estimator with specific experience within refurbishment, fabric and construction within the Portsmouth, Hampshire area.
Main duties of the Estimator are as follows
* formulate a scope of works through site visits
* take off quantities from drawings
* carry out site surveys and measure and quantify works
* to price all elements of the work from data and supplier and sub contract quotations
* prepare and send out sub contract packages and arrange preferred suppliers
* carry out monthly valuations on designated contracts
The ideal Estimator will need to
* be qualified within estimating
* have some experience on Estimating multiple projects within refurbishments and fabric works
