Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Key Responsibilities & essential skills - Ideally experience & competent in the use of P22 NEC Contract Administration, processes & procedures. Previous recent exposure to P22 / HealthCare Projects; Running of own projects with Lead Commercial & self-sufficient responsibilities.

* Main duties/brief outline of job – Administration & Control of Nec P22 change – Applicable to Main Contract & SC; Commercial Management of MEP SC Package works &/or significant other SC package management; Reporting results / actions / status / recommendations to the Project Lead Commercial Manager

* - Hours of work – Mon to Fri 8am – 5.30pm
