Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor for my client, you’ll play a pivotal role in our commercial fit-out projects. Your expertise will directly impact the successful delivery of high-quality spaces for our clients. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
1. Cost Management:
* Prepare detailed bills of quantities, considering labor hours and material costs.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimates.
* Monitor project expenses and provide cost control throughout the lifecycle.
2. Contract Administration:
* Manage procurement processes, tendering, and variations.
* Oversee subcontract works packages.
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms.
3. Drylining Expertise (Desired):
* While drylining experience is desired, it’s not essential. We value your overall expertise in commercial fit-out projects.
4. Office-Based Role with Hybrid Option:
* Initially office-based, you’ll have the flexibility to choose a hybrid working arrangement after probation.
* Enjoy the best of both worlds—collaborate in-person and work remotely as needed.
