• Monday - Thursday - 7.30am - 4pm & Friday - 7.30am - 3.00pm

THE POSITION:

• Forming and managing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Aiding in the training of apprentices and other staff, noticing potential, upskilling and developing your team to become multi-skilled Engineers.
• Devising, implementing, enhancing and tracking metrics to identify areas for improvement within Manufacturing processes
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring efficiency within various departments
• Using data and innovation to prompt improvements to processes and designs
• Ensuring processes comply with applicable health, safety and quality standards

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven strategic and innovative mind-set
• Experience within Electromechanical or Manufacturing and a proven track record of overseeing projects
• A background in Automotive Technology is desirable but not essential
• Success in a management/leadership position
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices
• An ambition for professional growth is essential
