Job Opportunity: Innovation Manager
Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch.
* Ensure commercial success and innovation in recipes, packaging, and factory trials.
* Drive product innovation using consumer insights and market trends.
* Coordinate with suppliers for quality ingredients and materials.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones for all NPD initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in Food Science, or related field; master’s preferred.
* Proven experience in food industry NPD.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
