Specification Sales Manager

At Weber we are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to be based in our Infrastructure team covering the South East including the London region.

You will be responsible for driving the direction of our project specification through the implementation of robust activity to deliver profitable growth with a client base of specialist applicators, main contractors and distributors.

The product range you will be working with is across concrete repair mortars, protective coatings, FRPs and construction grouts.

The role is home-based; however, travel is required.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in a specification type role with a strong consultative selling style
* Ability to work across multiple client types
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong networking skills, you will be attending trade/network events across your region covered
* Knowledge of mineral technologies and/or concrete

What you will be doing:

* Involved in key projects, schemes and frameworks within your region - ensuring we are anticipating the needs and wants of our clients and customers
* Delivering CPD presentations to customers and clients of all different types
* Attending networking events across the region
* Working with clients ranging from contractors, applicators and designers
* Ability to identify new commercial opportunities
* Working closely with designers to specify our systems
