Transport Planner - Southampton - £38k
You will be joining an independent specialist haulage company that are experts in all they do.
Working with a team of planners, you will learn and develop new skills, becoming an expert yourself.
To be successful you will need route planning experience from within a general haulage business.
Package:
£35,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Monday - Friday
Flexible Working
Private Health care planRole:
Transport Planner will be routing company vehicles UK wide
You will be planning for dedicated loads, General Haulage & Abnormal loads
It is essential that you ensure full compliance with all legislation
Transport planner is expected to work with a team and liaise as needed
All drivers must be fully briefed and de-briefed with tacho analysisRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar position: Transport Planner, Traffic Planner, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Analyst
General Haulage / Heavy Haulage background
Must be able to plan vehicle routes
Previous use of Haultech beneficial
