About The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the teachers and helping children achieve their academic and personal goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting children with a range of additional learning needs on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.
* Collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment.
* Helping to adapt teaching materials and activities to meet the specific needs of students.
* Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
