Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Bath, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy. They are now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be joining a team of established surveyors / analysts, working on Local Authority, Commercial, Domestic, Healthcare and High Security sites. The successful candidate will be able to confidently carry out both surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines, ensuring to maintain the company's excellent rapport and high standards. Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent (Mandatory)
" Will have a proven track record working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working as a surveyor and / or analyst.
" Exceptional knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Familiar with industry relevant systems (TEAMS / TRACKER)
" Excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out 4 stage clearances.
" Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Leak, background, re-occupation, smoke, and personal air testing.
" Undertaking onsite audits.
" Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Carryout visual inspections upon completion of works.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports for clients.
