This private company are working on a social housing contract but also have a private side to them. They are a subsidiary of a huge organisation based in the South West.

Role: Contract Manager
Salary: £36,000
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:

Maintain the current contractor database ensuring that contractors remain compliant with agreed contractor management process.
Identify regions where the contractor base needs to be increased, through discussions with colleagues, clients and interrogating data.
Increase the contractor base, dependant on client requirements focusing on smaller local contractors with direct labour or larger companies with larger areas of coverage and trades with the ability to manage sub-contractors.
Provide reports on contractor usage by spend and volumes of jobs by portfolio
Line management of contractor management team consisting of 2 compliance coordinators.Benefits of the Contract Manager role:
