A warm and welcoming school in Bath is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with children on both a 1:1 and general cover basis. This school is equipped with a sensory room and provisions for pupils with additional needs. Staff at this school encourage children to have enquiring minds, take pride in their achievements, and have respect for moral and personal values and their teaching assistants work alongside teachers to enhance this.

The successful candidate will have:

Have previous experience of working with children,
Previous experience of working as a teaching assistant is desirable but not essential,
Be passionate and enthusiastic to work with pupils within the school and enhance their learning.
Knowledge of SEND is desirable but not essential,
Will be proactive and eager to carry out responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
