WeDoData are working with a 'Good' secondary school in Greater Bristol who are looking to appoint a Data Officer. The school is part of a diverse Multi-Academy Trust who pride themselves on their inclusive and supportive culture.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Leadership Team, developing and managing the School’s Data and Management Information System (MIS). This position is being offered on a term time only basis (TTO) plus 2 additional weeks.

Role responsibilities will include:

* Analysis of student performance data

* Assessment and reporting

* Training on data interpretation to SLT

* Liaising with Exams Officer, SLT, teachers on progress towards school targets

Successful applicants will have:

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Excel)

* Strong reporting and analytical skills

* Strong leadership and project management skills

* Experience using Bromcom, or other School Management Information Systems

* Experience with SISRA, or other educational analytical tools

The following would be highly advantageous:

* Experience with SISRA (or other educational analytical tools)

* Previous relevant experience working as a Data Officer/Manager within an educational setting

* Evidence of whole school improvement

* Excellent IT skills
